Job Position: Spa Receptionist
Job Description: Hyatt - Dubai - We are looking for a qualified Spa Receptionist to join the award-winning Amara Spa at the Park Hyatt Dubai! Your primary responsibilities will include hosting and fostering an atmosphere of calm and relaxation, scheduling treatments, guest registration, making product and treatment recommendations to spa guests, building and maintain a client base, upselling of retail products and processing forms of payment to include room charges, credit cards and cash. You will promote wellness and serve as the final point of contact for an indigenous spa experience. If you have spa reception experience in a spa resort or hotel spa, we'd love to hear from you! REQUIREMENTS Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Spa Receptionist at a five stars property environment. Refined verbal and written communication skills in English; a good command of an additional international language will be an asset.
