Job Position: Specialist - ICT Business Support
Job Description: Du Telecoms - Dubai - The Business Support Specialist will be the single point of contact, advisor & advocate for ICT Sales and Business Development as well as Smart Dubai Commercial into Business Support. The role holder will support the development and implementation of the sales process for new and existing business across our business channels. This role will also define and oversee implementation and management of key sales tools as well as actively participating in the development, reporting and analysis of the ICT Commercial metrics, goals and forecasting. The role holder will also be the lead generator through registering and pre-qualifying EITC's ICT Solutions on customer's supplier portals as well as the internal focal point for all leads. The ideal candidate will be highly energetic with a strong motivation to succeed with significant sales support, operations and analytics experience.
