Job Position: Vice President Sales & Marketing
Job Description: Dubai - Client Profile Our client is a prestigious luxury hotel brand with a growing presence in the UAE and we are recruiting an experienced Corporate Sales & Commercial Director to effectively develop revenue generation and growth, go to market strategies, yield and revenue management and develop the MICE, corporate, leisure and GCC client portfolios through brand development, communications and e-distribution to increase market share. The Role Develop new sales strategies and plans for business opportunities increasing revenue and profit and growing existing accounts focusing on food & beverages, events and banquet and room occupancy in all hotels. Recruit, develop and manage a strong sales team focusing on building a healthy sales pipeline, achieve sales production and exceed sales targets for inbound corporate and leisure hotel bookings and MICE segmentation.
