Job Position: Executive - Contracts Management
Job Description: Dubai Properties (DP) - Dubai - Prepare and supervise contracts / SPAs and ensure timely execution of the same in accordance with department policies and processes. Interact with customers, display good understanding of SPA Clauses. Ensure compliance to processes and procedures Liaise with Legal, IT, Projects, Finance, Sales and Customer service departments for SPA related matters Provide regular reports on status of contracts REQUIREMENTS Graduate in Business or equivalent 3 - 5 yrs of experience in similar role / Sales operations Error free contract preparation Timely system updates Customer relations Excellent communication skills Operational know-how Attention to details Experience on Salesforce and Oracle This is an urgent requirement.
