Job Position: Mechanic
Job Description: Abu Dhabi Ports - United Arab Emirates - Carry out all mechanical preventative maintenance activities on vessels equipment/ Marine Workshop Adheres to Safe working instruction and SOP's Adheres to near miss and incident reporting. Repairs troubleshoot for Marine units faculty equipment. Carry out regular inspections in all mechanical equipment making sure that maintenance plan is sufficient Update maintenance works with supervisor when it is required Performs any other related activities, as requested. Working Relationship Reporting to Maintenance Supervisor Key Internal Contacts: Technical Supervisor - to discuss the execution of Maintenance plans with minimum cost variance in daily basis. Vessel's Chief Engineers- coordinate every work in order to achieve maximum output with minimum time. REQUIREMENTS Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent Must have thorough knowledge in Internal Combustion Engine, Various type of Auxiliary machineries like pumps, Air compressors, steering system etc. Operation and troublesh... - Permanent - Full-time
