Job Position: Production Manager
Job Description: ManpowerGroup - Dubai - Our client is a leading concrete manufacturing specialist who have a Production facility in the UAE. Due to some movement in the business an opportunity has arisen for a Production Manager. Reporting into the General Manager you will be responsible for the Ready mix plant operations (Production & Fleet). Responsibilities include: Manage concrete delivery and pumping schedules Monitor the quality of raw materials and concrete and define appropriate preventative and corrective measures as required Coordinate with maintenance department and implement preventative and corrective maintenance plans for the equipment in the area. Delivery of concrete plant erection and removals as well as refurbishment of plant Day to day management of team including leave/appraisals & Performance management Set budget alongside the GM and be responsible for the delivery Create Health & Safety standards/awareness... - Permanent - Full-time
