Job Position: Director, eCommerce Sales, MENAP
Job Description: Standard Chartered - Dubai - Business Join in Sales trips for e marketing in MENAP Implement e Strategy projects with product partners for Sales when needed. Provide in-house training for all Sales for e related Sales for new products Processes Collating monthly reports (MIS) for monitoring purposes for management Integral part of eCommerce Top team Monitoring of Sales Credits, where necessary for Sales, ensuring the customers we are providing priority operational support to, are true priority customers in terms of revenue generation. Provide cross border, cross product proactive support for voice Sales and their platinum / priority customers. Front-line resolution of platinum / priority Client e issues. Serve as the single point of contact for priority client issues and build / strengthen relationships with both. Up to date with client trading activities and passing leads to voice Sales for maximizing client wallet People and Talent Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. ... - Permanent - Full-time
