Job Position: Barback
Job Description: Meraas - Dubai - We are looking for a Barback to join our F&B team. The job holder will be responsible for ensuring back end of the restaurant is running smooth. Key Accountabilities: Take customer orders Service of all hot and cold beverages during restaurant opening hours Deliver checks and accept payment Collaborate closely with other staff members Check the appliances to confirm that they are working regularly Maintain report of consumption to assist in reordering process Stock control and rotation Pre-service Mise en Place including refilling, polishing, cleaning, stocking up and fruit preparation Post service breakdown including re-stocking, refuse removal and cleaning Prepare and present inputs related to organizational/ departmental/ project budgets to the next reporting line. Perform any other tasks as requested by the line manager and business needs The ideal candidate will come from a Restaurant/Café background with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in similar capacity. ... - Permanent - Full-time
