Job Description: Wyndham Hotels and Resorts - Dubai Marina, Dubai - Wyndham, Bridgend - Wyndham is now seeking a Front Office Manager, Wyndham Dubai Marina to join our team at Wyndham Dubai Marina in Dubai, Dubai. Job Summary SUMMARY Wyndham Dubai Marina is currently looking for an experienced Front Office Manager who is dedicated towards their work, focused and has a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. Strong desire for excellent hospitality towards the guest with emphasis of developing the attitude of the related staff in partnership with all hotel departments regarding all guest related aspects of customer service. Responsible for the overall smooth and cost effective operations of the Front Office. Must be thoroughly familiar with all aspects of FO Operations with at least 2 years' experience in Hospitality. The primary responsibility of this role is to structure/align the Front Office Department policies and procedures to deliver "you can Count on Me" service behavior and create the right environment which our colleagues can experience that will... - Permanent - Full-time
