Job Position: Supply Chain Coordinator
Job Description: AMANA - Dubai - Role Objective: To support with the overall management of daily supply chain related tasks in the warehouse, transportation and purchase to ensure that orders are produced and timely delivered to customers. OPERATIONAL Eecutes supply chain strategy within the organization, ensures policies and procedures are followed to guarantee set quality standards are achieved or exceeded. Provides material for manufacturing process as requested. Coordinates and works closely together with the Quality team to ensure that delivered materials meet the requirements in terms of specification and quality. Responsible that all incoming material are checked for quantity as well as timely delivery, controls invoices against purchase orders. Ensures all incoming and outgoing material is timely and accurately maintained in the applied system and supporting documentation is available as per internal standards.
