Job Description: Harmony Connections - Dubai - Your main responsibilities are: Greet customers upon their arrival Develop extensive product knowledge and proper use of beauty and skin care products Cross-sell beauty and skin care products, when appropriate (e.g. serums, body lotions and hair care products, make up, perfumes) Identify customer needs and recommend beauty and skin care products based on their preferences Help clients find products they’re looking for in our store Explain to customers how to use products they’re interested in buying Advise customers on how to take care of their skin Use clientele program to maintain customer profile and contact information Inform customers on prices and special offers Responsible for achieving personal and team sales goals Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves, organization, storing, and replenishment of stock Maintain good housekeeping standards... - Permanent - Full-time
