Job Description: Fateh Contractors LLC - Dubai - Description Job Summary: Looking for a Site Supervisor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) Job Key Details: Oversee and manage the construction site in line with the health and safety guidelines Supervise workers, subcontractors as well as work activities at the site Conduct regular site inspections Review and manage safety hazards Generate and present site inductions as well as safety briefings Assist project managers to plan the work programs Settle problems and implement improvements Make sure appropriate site rules as well as welfare facilities are in place Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes as well as procedures Coordinate the delivery of materials as well as equipment at the site Job Qualifications and Experience Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or its equivalent At least 2+ years of experience in site supervision Should be able to communicate and motivate the team Sho... - Permanent - Full-time
