Job Description: Dubai - Oracle CRM Functional Consultant Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Requirements: At least 4-5 years of Oracle R12 CRM experience as a Consultant At least 3 project support experience on Oracle CRM (Tele Sales, TeleService, Order management, Inventory) at client location Highly Proficient Oracle CRM Concepts and Processes. Such as Call-to-Resolution, Quote-to-Order, Service SLAs, etc. MUST have a thorough understanding of the TeleService module with Common Setups. Such as SRs, Tasks, Interactions, SLAs, Notes, Emailers, etc. High understanding of TCA structure and limitations Should have working experience in Field services, Install base and property manager module Highly proficient with Integration methodologies and practices and should have functional knowledge on Integration of EBS with other systems MUST have good knowledge and working experience in Form Personalization and Alerts Functional Knowledge of Finance Module like AR and AP will be value-added ... - Permanent - Full-time
