Job Description: GEMS Education - Dubai - Job Description Job Title Executive Recruiter Description About the role An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our team at the GEMS Education School Support Centre, Dubai. As a key member of the People & Organisation team, you will manage the full cycle recruitment process for a variety of senior level executive roles. You will work closely with C-level executives as we develop the strategy to position GEMS for the future by identifying, attracting and recruiting the highest quality Educational leaders to our global network of schools. Key Accountabilities: Research information on the top schools/education organizations around the world to map and target high profile candidates for roles in GEMS Develop and implement the Principal recruitment strategy ensuring that it is reviewed, monitored and adapted to meet the organizations needs.
