Job Position: Logistics Coordinator
Job Description: Dubai - Asset Management · Managing assets within the company's asset management system Shipping/Logistics · Importing and exporting machines and machine parts Procurement · Raise purchase orders as per company requirements · Place orders to suppliers and coordinating with the availability of goods and ensure that all goods will be delivered on schedule · Countercheck items received in the delivery order against our order · Goods-in of all received goods in the system · Countercheck invoices submitted by the freight forwarder Administration · Arrange Third Party Inspection of fleet and ensure that all machines have been tested before they will move to any destination. · Prepare arrival notification sheet for the newly arrived machines · Prepare collection note of the machines leaving UAE · Gather and process required export and machine documents · Perform required technical support · Provide assistance to all branches within the region including international pr... - Permanent - Full-time
