The position requires leadership training analysis, delivery and design of training for senior leaders. Establishing mentoring programmes for senior leaders and coaching school leaders for development purposes. To provide individual coaching for senior leaders as well as developing larger scale coaching & mentoring programmes within the institute. Source and implement assessment and development tools that will enhance the leadership capabilities of partner school leaders and future leaders, supporting partner schools in their overall business strategy of growing the business through its employees and Professional Learning and Development (PLD) initiatives.
