Job Description: Quest Search & Selection - Abu Dhabi - About the Company Quest Search & Selection is looking for a Project Manager for an expanding food and beverage group across the GCC which will be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Already with a large number of established units across the GCC the focus will be upon working on the development of the future pipeline. You must have worked on development with a QSR, coffee shops or fast casual franchises and understand how the model works. You must have knowledge of industrial kitchen equipment and back of house layouts with flow systems. And of course have experience in sketching, drafting and designing and MS Office / Photoshop. You will be leading an assortment of diverse projects including new ventures and repairs, extensive scale application advancement, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering and infrastructure upgrades and deployments.
