Job Position: Project Manager
Job Description: Engage Selection - Dubai - Establishes and tracks key milestones and manages third parties to ensure projects are completed within budget, timelines and to the requisite quality Liases with local authorities, consultants and contractors to ensure the smooth execution of works Establishes Work, Action, Resolution meetings to resolve and clear any obstacles to progress Manages contractual and procurement processes and ensures timely award of Consultants and Contractors Prepares LOA's , Award Reports including special contract clauses and advises on main contracts (BOQ), consultant contracts, provisional sum items and specialist contractors REQUIREMENTS Candidates must have 5-10 year's work experience in project management, gained in a similar environment i.e. property development, consultancy, construction. Preference will be given to candidates with experience managing high-rise residential projects through the full development cycle.
