Job Description: Dubai - The primary responsibility of the Sales Director Lifecycle Services is to assume full accountability to drive orders growth for all lifecycle services business across Final Control MEA. They will be tasked with devising and executing a strategic plan that will lead the organization to achieve its overall growth plans for the World Area. The Sales Director will collaborate with the Global and MEA Final Control organizations and business unit teams to develop and execute growth strategies and develop processes to achieve Final Controls MEA Life cycle services and aftermarket orders targets. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing the sales channels and core sales activities in Middle East & Africa. This will be done through a combination of strong leadership in conjunction with the provision of coaching/mentoring to motivate and develop a diverse and energetic sales team.
