Job Description: Aston Carter - United Arab Emirates - Our client, an organisation focusing in the manufacture of equipment for the Steel/Steel Cutting/ Steel Mill industry are currently looking to hire a 'Sales Director' to be based in their Dubai office. Role Purpose Reporting to the MD of the organisation, this role will drive profitable organic growth for the region, through development of the sales strategy and implementation of initiatives across the regional remit. The Sales Director is responsible for the sales, growth and margin targets for the business, as well as the management of the sales team. The individual would also be required to translate and deliver the regional strategic plan to local needs while meeting sales targets for the region.
