To understand the planning and implementation of systems and operating plans to support services. To oversee the day-to-day delivery of services. Provide operation advice and guidance to ECM and FM team. Skills Desired Skills Education: Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or closely related equivalent Skills & Person Specification: Essential 1. Minimum of 10years experience in building and technical facilities management. 2. Strong organizational skills 3. Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft Tools) 4. HSE knowledge 5.
