Job Position: Site Architect
Job Description: Dubai - Site Architect Job Location : Dubai Good salary will be offered Job Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience working on projects in the GCC Leadership skills Good understanding of Middle East Building Codes with a Middle East Experience is a plus but not a necessity Strong communication skills in English. Knowledge of Revit software is a plus but not essential Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple tasks Skills : Assume responsibility of Architectural works in the project and certify on completion the installation. Monitor performance of the Contractor I Sub-contractor and identify, raise any quality issue Review quality procedures and effectively implement plans across the project. Identify any particular site safety issues and bring to the notice of the contractor. Mentor the discipline staff on any advancement of process, procedures and technical skills.
