Job Description: BWP - Dubai - We are seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Technical Services Manager position. Responsible for providing technical assistance, equipment commissioning, controls commissioning, and warranty support for our clients complete product line (Chiller, AHU, FCU & VRF). Responsible for conducting technical training in various subjects including installation, commissioning, service and maintenance of clients products. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key Manufacturer's Representatives and Distributors within the assigned territory (UAE). Responsibilities: Provides technical support via phone and email to support full product line Resolve conflicts involving equipment; design, installation or product resolution Provides on-site technical support as required Completes Field Service invoices with pertinent data Advises on the set up of control systems and the commissioning of product including refrigerant charging, addressing, operational data and f... - Permanent - Full-time
