Job Description: Bentley Systems - Dubai - Bentley Systems is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to become a valued member of our Construction Management team. You will support our Construction Project Management solution that helps construction managers and infrastructure owners improve project team collaboration and help teams complete projects faster by empowering them with timely project information. The main focus of this role is to support our users with configurations, implementations, migrations and customizations. Responsibilities ·Serves as a project manager and main point of contact for new client implementations ·Coordinate system configurations in accordance with client requirements ·Build project schedules and establish technical requirements and acceptance criteria for successful project launch ·Manages migrations from eBid eXchange to ProcureWare ·Responsible for keeping the client help portal content up to date and is an advocate for customers in defining the future product roadmap ·Provides tec... - Permanent - Full-time
