Job Position: Director, Investment Banking / Corporate Finance & M&A
Job Description: McGregor Boyall - Dubai - Reporting into the Executive Director, you will be integral to the division, by supporting & occasionally leading with the day-to-day activities involved across all aspects of Corporate Finance transaction execution, including; the execution of buy-side & sell-side M&A transactions Identifying new business opportunities Building client relationships & participating in key proposals & presentations for new business Acting as the key point of contact for clients You: Bachelor’s degree in (Accounting, Math’s, Statistics, Economics, Finance) or related subject Additionally; A Masters in (Accounting, Math’s, Statistics, Economics, Finance) or related subject or CFA or MBA qualification Background from a bulge bracket investment bank, operating within their Corporate Finance / M&A team supporting corporate advisory / equity capital market teams in execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions Strong quantitative analysis skills & advanced excel modelling and valuation... - Permanent - Full-time
