Job Description: Dubai - Client Profile Our client is an exciting luxury brand that has iconic properties in Dubai and we are recruiting an experienced General Manager to join one of their prestigious 5 star hotels in the heart of Dubai. Reporting to the CEO of the organisation, the role will focus on developing a strong brand across the region through surpassing guest satisfaction and retention to increase market recognition and revenue and profit from corporate and leisure sectors. The Role Develop financial and operational strategies to increase revenue and profit through room occupancy, F&B, MICE for local guests and international travellers to deliver a high return on investment. Recruit, train, develop and retain department and line management and support operations in ensuring staffing levels are optimal and proactively manage labor turnover, retention and employee satisfaction.
