Job Position: Insights Analyst
Job Description: Aima - Dubai - What is it about? Reporting to the Insights Manager, the Analyst’s focus is to enhance our clients and Air Miles loyalty programme propositions through ‘Actionable Customer Insight’ What will you be doing? Work under the guidance of the Insight Manager to deliver analytics as per client contract Develop relationship with client teams and understand business needs Share knowledge and actively participate in knowledge growth across Insights and CRM team Understand in detail client data captured, process flows and infrastructure Maintain current MIS reports and refresh as per SLA Develop new loyalty management reports for client management team Ensure security standards are maintained and data is processed as per client agreements Ability to identify gaps in data captured so that this can continuously be improved Recommend improvements on how data should be presented and structured for client Document processes developed to ensure knowledge is retained and can be transferre... - Permanent - Full-time
