Job Position: Investment Associate
Job Description: United Al Saqer Group - Abu Dhabi - PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Overall responsibility for day-to-day execution and implementation of transactions assigned by senior deal team members Coordinate with senior team members on investment opportunity assessments, structuring and financing processes and more complex transactions/projects Implement transaction process management – assumes responsibility for valuation and due diligence analyses Structures, coordinates and execute all due diligence workstreams Assist in preparing relevant documentation of investment analysis, including investment memoranda and PowerPoint presentations Take responsibility for portfolio companies monitoring, including regularly preparing for and attending management diligence sessions and reporting internally on a regular basis Contributing directly to ongoing business development, including maintaining detailed pipeline of prospects and potential deals and conducting research and analysis to support internal presentations and inv... - Permanent - Full-time
