Job Position: Operations Manager
Job Description: OliOli - Dubai - The Operations Manager will be responsible for all aspects of operations including but not limited to maintenance/upkeep of all the exhibits, maintenance/upkeep of the building, hygiene and cleanliness, safety and security of the guests, procurement, maintenance, liaising with and maintaining relationships with all relevant vendors and service providers, etc. REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS Experience in operational roles within a family learning, retail, customer service or educational environment preferred Ability to work on weekends/holidays Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Ability to work with diverse staff and visitors Excellent grasp of the English language. Arabic is a plus Traits & Characteristics Self-starter and self-motivated; thrives working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment Lots of positive energy; respectful of diversity; patient and empathetic; friendly; courteous Excellent organization and execution skills - with str... - Permanent - Full-time
