Job Description: Al Tayer Group - Al Garhoud, Dubai - We at Al Tayer Group are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner as a key member of the Corporate HR Team, to support the Vice President - OD, Corporate Communications and Head Office HR with Corporate Functions and ensure alignment of HR strategy and business unit strategic plans. To deliver a high quality HR business partnering and organisational management development service ensuring best practice standards, practices, processes and systems are applied and adhered to and to ensure we have the very best in terms of talent, reward, leadership, culture and learning for our employees. Strategic Responsibilities Participate in the development of the Corporate Functions strategy by providing input from the perspective of HR business partnering ensuring that relevant people goals and objectives are incorporated.
