Job Position: Senior Sales Executive – Retail
Job Description: Dubai - The Sr. Sales Executive Retailer will oversee sales, training, merchandising and operations across Key Retailer partner stores or large accounts within an assigned segment i.e. [organized and superstores]. - Maintain strong collaborative relationships with the retailers, influencing to connect people to clients products [HVAC Equipment] and deliver excellent customer experience. - This is a field level role requires to be involved in the details of the retailer/partner business as well as coaching the retailers sales staff, solving problems and maintaining our merchandise/brand standards. - Responsible for executing marketing, sales and incentive programs and providing feedback to management. - Review and analysed sales results with senior management and agree on the objectives on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. - Responsible for providing accurate forecast to be presented to the retailer s management for consideration. - Responsible for executing joint promotion initiatives at th... - Permanent - Full-time
