Job Position: Sous Chef
Job Description: Marrakech Palace Grill - Dubai - A Sous Chef will work closely with other chef to manage all aspects of the kitchen to deliver an excellent guest experience while managing food provisions, training fellow members of the team, and controlling costs. The ideal candidate will be positively spirited and passionate about food and be committed to work together with the service team to deliver an amazing guest experiences every time. You will demonstrate energy and enthusiasm at work, be customer driven, 'hands on' and organized. You must portray a strong, firm and fair effective leadership style and must have proven the ability to work in a multicultural environment and under difficult condition. Responsibilities and Duties Manage all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality and administrative functions. Contribute to menu creation by responding and incorporating guest feedback Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues Conduct training for the subordinates at time intervals.
