Job Description: Dubai - Assistant Production Supervisor Job Location : UAE Job Details : Should have 2-8 years experience in same field Oversee and manage the production. Assist production supervisor development & control all operational work instructions & procedures. Operational Follow the safety & Quality norms of company. Assist supervisor in overall monitoring of daily production schedule of Dairy, Juices, Ice-cream, UHT , Milk powder & rice packing Monitor performance to production schedules & inventory of raw materials packing material & finished goods. To keep close watch on physical stock of products & Follow FIFO methodology Online product quality check. To look after general cleanliness of the plant, machine, & equipment.
