Job Position: Quantity Surveyor - Interior Fitouts / Joinery
Job Description: italent - Dubai - Our Client is on of the leaders in Interior Design, Manufacturing and Contracting in the UAE. Established more that 30 years ago, they are well known in the market for high quality iconic projects and a vast portfolio, providing a turnkey service tailor made to their clients expectations. Due to their continuous growth in the Middle Eastern Market we are seeking a highly talented and experienced Quantity Surveyor in Post Contracts to join the team. The Key role is to focus on the project's costs from the planning and design stage through to construction and completion. Responsibilities Preparation of contract documentation Periodic valuations of the work in progress to evaluate contractors' stage payments Monthly financial report Monitor costs against budget Valuation and agreement of costs of variations Financial advice throughout the project Liaison with funders Preparation and settlement of the Final Account Preparation of specifications when required so to do.
