Job Description: Wyndham Hotels and Resorts - Wyndham, Bridgend - Deira, Dubai - Wyndham Dubai Deira is now seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates SUMMARY The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing the restaurant operations and delivering an excellent guest and member experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines. He/She will be planning and organizing tasks, people and supplies, act as a representative of the Hotel. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manages the restaurant operations and maintains exceptional levels of guest service. Trains, develops and evaluates the restaurant team. Manages guest queries in a timely and efficient manner. Works within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food and payroll. Drives sales to maximize the budgeted revenue. Is accountable for monthly stock takes. Sets up departmental target and objectives, work schedules, budgets. Evaluates guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement.
