Job Description: Hawaiian Hush Home Spa - Dubai - Job Description Job Title Female Receptionist Description What Hawaiian Hush expects of you: Taking telephones calls and answering text messages from clients wishing to book appointments Entering appointments into an online diary for our 8 therapists Creating logistics plans for our drivers to drive our therapists across Dubai to their appointment Keeping in touch with therapists when they are out on the road to ensure they arrive to appointments on time and informing clients if they are delayed or stuck in traffic What you can expect from Hawaiian Hush: 2000dhs salary paid on 1st of every month with a 500dhs bonus for excellent work Free lovely accommodation shared with out therapists - THIS IS A LIVE-IN POSITION ONLY One set day off per week Experience and Skills required: Excellent spoken and written English Fluent in Tagalog - all of our staff our Filipino Polite and friendly telephone manner Good knowledge of all areas within Dubai Able to cope under pressure VISA - MUST HOL... - Permanent - Full-time
