Job Description: TASC Outsourcing - Dubai - Responsibilities: To provide best customer service with details regarding the mall, locations thru the mall and make bookings for Personal Shopping and Lifestyle Concierge services. Created value by building a strong returning customer base, which resulted in a promotion to the position of personal shopper. Developed lasting and meaningful relationships with team members and management. Developed a loyal client base; cultivated customer relationships by maintaining an organized client book. Processing orders on behalf of customers either through live chat, telephone calls, or email, which involves discussing what the client is looking for as well as any specific features they need the items to have.
