Job Description: Al-Futtaim - Dubai - JOB PURPOSE Driving the project management and construction activities of the Regional Mall projects as they relate to Improvements, new developments, and landlord works. Managing and monitoring construction progress, driving contractors to value engineer costs and exceed program delivery dates. Delivering the Project, achieving programme, financial returns, deliver within budgets and to the desired quality. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Consultant Selection Authorities Management Project Management Procurement Strategy Project Reporting Leasing / Tenant Coordination Project Handover Team Management and Leadership JOB CONTEXT The role requires the management of the interface between Al Futtaim, external consultants and contractors to successfully deliver the operational “project” to the requirements of the end user within budget and to the Master Programme.
